This user guide is for departments that manage invoices, payments, credit memos, and transactions from your dealers or customers. It provides a complete overview of how they can utilize variReceivable to manage these transactions effectively.
Sign up/ Sign in
Invoices management
Sign up
To sign up, you must already have a dealer/wholesale account.
Go to the supplier’s variReceivable portal → Click Sign up.
Fill in your personal information and your dealer/wholesale email which matches exactly with your dealer/wholesale account with a unique password.
Sign in
Go to the supplier’s variReceivable portal.
Sign in with your dealer/wholesale email and password → Click the Sign in button.
Manage invoices
Go to My Invoices
You can see the Total outstanding amount and the Account Balance at the top of the page.
Invoices table
You can filter to find the exact invoice by Issue date, Due date, Total amount, Remaining amount, Invoice number, and Invoice status (paid, overdue, etc.).
To enable the Pay Now button, choose 1 or more invoices you want to pay now.
Credit memo
If your supplier issues credit memos, you can manage your available credit memos here.
You can also filter to find the exact credit memo by Issue date, Due date, Total amount, Remaining amount, Credit memo number, and the credit memo status (available, applied, etc.).
Choose 1 or more available credit memos before clicking the Pay Now button.
Review and Payments
After clicking Pay Now, you will be directed to the Review and Payments page. Here, you can choose a payment method, add credit memos (if available), and review the payment summary before paying.

You might have missed available credit memos in the last step. Check "Available credit memos, apply now?" to apply them.
Here, available credit memos are automatically suggested based on the selected invoice amounts.
Click + to apply the suggested credit memos directly.
Summary
In this box, you can review all selected invoices and credit memos before you are charged to ensure everything is correct.
