Okta SOO for Acumatica 

Setup guide

​​This step-by-step guide explains setting up Okta SSO for your Acumatica.

Step 1: Download Setup File

Step 2: Upload Setup File to Acumatica

  1. Log in to your company's Acumatica system

2. Choose CustomizationCustomization Projects

3. Customization Projects page will appear as below. Click the Import button → Choose File → Upload the setup file downloaded from Step 1.

4. Click the UPLOAD button.

Step 3: Publish Okta SSO in Acumatica

  1. Tick the box as below to choose the file that needs publishing. In this case, that should be the Okta SSO for Acumatica - Setup file. Then click PUBLISH button.

2. Now you can see Acumatica running the setup file.

3. Finish processing, Publish button will appear. Now click Publish.

4. After publishing Okta SSO successfully, go to the Integration page. Now if you can see the Okta SSO under the Preferences list, it means that the Okta SSO extension is set up successfully.

5. Click on the Okta SSO under the Preferences list to access the Okta Setup Page.

Step 4: Okta SSO AutoConfiguration

  1. Fill in the blank with the information required, including Display Name, Client ID, and Client Secret → Click the AUTOCONFIGURATION button.

2. Click the Save icon.

3. Back to the login portal to see if Okta SSO is enabled now.

After completing all the above steps, the Okta SSO extension can be used in your company's Acumatica system.
