Okta SSO for Acumatica 

User Guide

Log in to Acumatica with Okta

  1. Go to Acumatica login portal → Okta.

2. For the first time using Okta to log in, enter the username and password that the admin created in the step of adding the Okta user.

Note: Don’t forget to change the password after the first login.

3. Now follow Okta instructions to download its app.

4. Then Okta will prompt 2 other verify options for a second factor applied to your next sign-on.
